Terms and Policies

The buyer has 20 days to pick up their ammunition once they have been notified of its arrival. If the buyer has not picked up their ammunition before 20 days, a daily storage fee of $10 per day, starting on the 21st day, will apply to the buyer. On the 60th day, Prime Kinetic Solutions LLC will consider the ammunition to be abandoned and will charge a fee of 25% of the cost of the ammunition as a restocking fee, as well as all applicable storage fees, and then take possession of the ammunition.

Taxes, state fees, and storage fees are non-refundable.

If the buyer has not picked up and/or started their DROS for their firearm before 20 days, on the 21st day, the buyer will pay a daily storage fee of $10 per gun. On the 60th day, Prime Kinetic Solutions LLC will consider the firearm to be abandoned and will charge a fee of 25% of the cost of the firearm as a restocking fee, as well as applicable storage fees.

The customer has 20 days to pay the invoice and pick up their firearm once the work has been completed. On the 21st day, a daily storage fee of $10 per firearm will apply to the buyer per day. After 60 days, if the invoice has not been paid and the firearm has not been picked up, Prime Kinetic Solutions LLC may choose to either assume ownership of the firearm as abandoned property or turn the firearm over to our local Police Department.

Prime Kinetic Solutions LLC accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase, with proof of receipt. Please note that Prime Kinetic Solutions LLC does NOT accept returns on any ammunition purchases.

Prime Kinetic Solutions LLC reserves the right to an inspection period not to exceed seven days after the product(s) have been returned. Prime Kinetic Solutions LLC does not accept returns for the product(s) that the customer has damaged. If a product has been determined to have been damaged by the customer, the product(s) will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be given.
